| Our current operating procedure is to refund your money should there be an item that is backordered - unless we know it will arrive within a few days, thus enabling you to purchase something else. | |

| We ship twice a week, every week. We ship through the USPS. We charge a flat fee for shipping and handling. Insurance is optional, but suggested. | |

| This is just an estimation, because each strand will differ slightly, but it is a good way to gauge what you are buying. Typically you can expect to get the following number of beads on each 16 inch strand. 2mm = 200 3mm = 132 4mm = 100 5mm = 80 6mm = 68 7mm = 56 8mm = 52 10mm = 40 12mm = 32 | |

| We have limited quantites in some of our items. If we have 2 of one item and send one of them to our eBay store and the other one is bought from our website, it will show the item on our site because it is STILL in our inventory. It will not allow you to buy the item until the eBay store listing has expired. If you happen to see this, please email me the product you want and if is in our eBay store, I will gladly take it out of there to sell to our website customers!!! | |

| We do accept personal checks for payment, however we may choose to hold your item(s) until we receive notification that the check has cleared. If for some reason, a personal check does not clear, the buyer is responsible for all fees associated with that transaction. | |

| We are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will gladly refund your money if you aren't satisfied with your item. This refund excludes shipping costs. We will only accept returns within 10 days of purchase and in new/unused condition. | |

| What are white hearts? This definition is taken from the Collectible Bead book. White heart beads are cased glass. They are also called overlay or layered beads. One color, often bold opaque and white or a pale color, is surrounded by a different color, frequently in brilliant transparent hues. The most common are Cornaline d’Aleppo beads, featuring transparent red over white glasses. Beads with a white core but exteriors that are not red are called white hearts. These beads were widely traded in the Americas and in Africa. The beads we offer for sale are from the African trade. In the America’s they were also referred to as Hudson Bay trade beads. | |

| YES! More than likely, we can get most of products from our suppliers. If you can be patient and wait a little while for your item, chances are we can order it for you! This policy excludes the African items. We can't jump on a plane to grab a strand of chevrons anytime we need them! ;-( | |
| What is your eBay return policy? | |
| We will accept eBay returns if you are not satified with your purchase. We will require that you pay any of the fees we incur from eBay. Unless, of course, the item was misrepresented by the SilverChicks in any way. In this case, we will absorb the eBay fees. | |
