Vintage Independence Hall Stamp Pendant Necklace
These pendants are created with scrabble tiles and resin coatings. The stamp is a vintage and used US Postal stamp. The bail on the pendant is silver and the pendant hangs on a 16 inch black leather cord that is finished with sterling silver components.
